I'm attaching a college and career rubric to let you (and members of your community) score how you're doing at providing a great environment for middle school students to be aware and ready for their college and career choices.
When (perhaps, if) you show this to members of the community, be sure to emphasis this is a starting point to discover your how you are doing in order to asses your strengths and weakness. These are ideals to aim for, not expectations they should have already met.
You may decide the rubric will be something you simply use for your own information, but quite possibly, it can open conversations with your community partners.
