April Action Plan

Community Partners*

  • Community Chest, inc. / Families First – Hawthorne site. Contact: Sarah Dillard

*My community partners were chosen based on their commitment to the youth in the community, goals, availability, ideas and access to curriculum based programs.  We will need the support of other organizations in the community and have been assured that the other groups will help in any way possible.
