June Action Plan - Program Template

Your May Action Plan (search for May Action Plan tag below this post for reference)  is due this Friday, June 2. We look forward to hearing how your plans are shaping up!

June's Action Plan is all about planning. For consistency, we are providing you with a Program Template to plot your proposed program action. We're included many items to help serve as a checklist with deadline dates for you to fill in. 

This particular checklist is just for you to use-we didn't design it to be shared with your community partner, though there are many pieces of information regarding your community partner you will need in order to fill it out.  

Please post your COMPLETED version on your SMALL group page. And as usual, if you see something we missed or anything you have a question about, please email us, or respond to this post.  Please don't start a new post about this assignment (that way we keep all relevant comments on one post).
