October is upon us and that means the CAPS group will take the lead in sharing about their programs. We'd love to see your Program Template (and if you revised it, please do share). The Program Template is simply a suggested way of organizing and providing you with a check list for your programs. Checklists are useful tools to manage complex events and we were hoping you would share them with the whole Cohort 1 just to see the variety of information you compile.
The end of the year is getting closer, so many of you have already planned and implemented some or all of your events/programs/plans. We want to hear from all of you on this Cohort 1 site, so even if CAPS will take the lead, please help us keep up with your project by taking the time to post something about how things are going. Nearly everyone I've talked with in this project has expressed a desire to hear more from the members of the Cohort.
And, again, we would love to see any and all resources you may have discovered while working on this project. It won't be long until Cohort 2 starts and we want to provide great resources for them. On that note, I'm wondering what resource (article, video, presentation or any other information) you may have found most useful and/or worth sharing as you moved through this project. Hearing from you is the best feedback we have in improving, so let us know in a post what you liked-later, we'll ask what you didn't, so that we don't confuse the two.
