A thought about our "end" project

My coworker and I were discussing a frustrating situation that is taking place Monday while I'm still here and should be there for this meeting, it was just rescheduled at 2:00 this afternoon without my input (I'm the chair of the committee). I was angry at first, but as I sat through our last two sessions, I was trying to think how can I let it go.

It's just come to me...Paradigm shift...that committee is top down anyway.  I have an idea from this to add to my project that can truly make a difference and change this. It will be integrated into the community engagement, so the change will occur, but I don't know how yet, but it will have to...because the stakeholders are being asked for feedback, which as a school we will want to address.

Point of all of this....People will come and go, but the programs/ideas we believe in shouldn't leave when we do. If we set them up correctly, they won't because they will be embedded into the organization/community.
