• Why are you interested in working with children? What led you to the decision of working with youth?
• What would you like to see happen in our community? How would you like it to transform/advance/develop?
• How would you like to see the youth in our community prosper and grow?
• What choices in your own life, both personal and career, led you to where you are today?

I guess what I'm trying to do is create a real, community connection. I know that my job at the Cardington Library won't be my lifelong career. And as sad as that is for me to think of, it drives me to create a program that will last long after I leave. I want the community to have an ownership of this endeavor. And it they have that ownership, it is more likely to continue once I'm gone.
