Kodiak Far-Flung March 2017 Assignment

Greetings all! I appreciated the month's time to review the resources and share/process them with others. Spreading the work across a month allowed various of my staff to see me in action, ask questions, and participate. I think that's a useful achievement in light of the work that lies ahead. The Middle School Library-Para is totally on board and has been reading materials I sent her -- her principal took note and encouraged her ot learn all she can from our interactions.

Attached is the summary. It looks very official, however, I wanted to convey that having fun with new ideas, playing with strategies, and taking opportunity to engage with others outside of the library is as serious a venture as creating the supplies order for toilet paper and working on the FY18 budget. One goal I did not meet in March was reaching out to my far-flung futurists in a more timely manner. Your pictures are before me each day on my desk. Sharing this playful work with you is energizing.
