Relationships Come First article

Many of you have mentioned appreciating the articles and other content we've provided along the way as helpful for your own professional development and sharing with prospective community partners. 

Here is one article regarding workforce programs that both Linda and I found interesting. All of these programs target people that are older than middle school, but the underlying premise is that building relationships with both the participants and the community partners is vital.
