New Activity/Program Template uploaded

Hi all,

Thanks to Christina, I realized the template I uploaded for June (and to use for all of July, August, Sept. and Oct.) had a lot of tracking changes still visible. So I uploaded a new, clear document. You can call it a Program Template, an Activity Template. The purpose is to collate the information you will need for whatever program, class, session, activity or whatever it is you are creating for this project. You filled it out as much a possible for June and then starting now, in July, each group will start posting theirs and sharing the information. Some of the information may still be incomplete or may change, but as much of it as possible should have been added for your June assignment.  I will attach it one more time here.
