We have an Anime Club every Friday that was established long before I got here. They have a set of bylaws and officer positions. When I took it over, everyone knew how Anime Club ran and who was responsible for what. Now the kids want to change the club to just gaming. They don't watch Anime anymore and meet to play games. It's a core group of kids that come, but once we change the program, it will officially be a library program. The same rules and bylaws that applied to Anime club will be void. My question is what kind of rules should I set up for the teens to make sure everything runs smoothly?
